After 40 years of helping to shape the Regional technology industry, Nicholas Galt announces his retirement as CEO of The TSL Group as of November 1, 2018. TSL’s trajectory and strong momentum will continue through the leadership of newly appointed CEO, Stuart Franco.
The Fatima “Old boy”, a Graduate with a B.A in Statistics & Economics from the University of Western Ontario, began his career in TSL in 2003 as a sales representative under the mentorship of Nick. Stuart achieved an impressive track record of high-quality salesmanship and tremendous care for his clients. He went on to become the Sales Manager and then E.V.P. of Sales and has brought the company significant success despite the challenging environment of the last few years. In 2011 Stuart became the youngest member to sit on TSL’s Board of Directors.
Stuart plans to build on the success of TSL and ensure that the group continues to play a major role, not only in the local market but also the wider Regional Caribbean ICT arena. He also is determined to continue Nick’s vision for corporate social responsibility, for which TSL is well known, and has a special interest in youth affairs.
Nick will continue as Chairman of The TSL Group and special advisor to Stuart. He is extremely proud of what the company has accomplished over the last 40 years and is equally excited about what the company can achieve under Stuart’s leadership.
